How to Get Exclusive Offers from Capital One Shopping and Save Big 💰

If you’re not using Capital One Shopping yet, you’re leaving major savings on the table. I’ve personally saved over $1,800 using this app — and today, I’m breaking down how to unlock their personalized deals and offers that most people miss.
Step 1: Sign Up for Capital One Shopping
📱 On mobile: Download the Capital One Shopping app from the App Store or Google Play and sign in to your newly created account. Once signed in, add the free shopping savings tool with full permissions to your mobile browser.
💻 On desktop: Add the Capital One Shopping browser extension to Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.
Tip: I add all of my shopping app extensions to my Chrome browsers only and to only one Chrome profile. That way, if I want to use the extensions I know to use Chrome, but if I don't want them in the way then I use Safari, FireFox, or a different Chrome profile. Make sure you're signed into the same account on both devices so everything syncs.
Step 2: Shop Like You Normally Would (But Don’t Buy Yet)

Go to the store you want to shop at (like Sephora, Ulta, Nike, Macy's, Walmart, TripAdvisor, Expedia, etc.)
Make sure the Capital One Shopping extension is active in your browser — it’ll pop up automatically.
Browse like normal… but don’t check out yet.
Why? Because Capital One Shopping tracks your interest — and that’s when they send you exclusive offers.
Step 3: Watch for the Exclusive Offers
After browsing a product or store, Capital One Shopping may send you exclusive reward deals that are way better than what’s publicly listed.
🔎 Check these 4 places:
Emails: Search for emails from Capital One Shopping. The emails normally highlight one deal, but make sure to scroll to the bottom of the email to see "other offers from our partners."
Main App Screen: Open the app and scroll through "Your Personalized Deals" to see exclusive offers based on your browsing history.
Account Homepage on Website: Make sure you are logged in to see your "Trending Offers". Click on the filters button to search for Exclusive Deals and Exclusive Offers since these are usually the best offers.
Push Notifications: Turn on app notifications. These are often GOLD and some of the top reward offers. You can also view all of your push notifications in the app by clicking on the bell icon in the top right corner.

Step 4: Stack More Savings with Auto Promo Codes

For example, when I clicked on an offer for 56% back at Dermstore, the extension also applied a DERM15 code for 15% off. That is a total stacked savings of over 70% off on luxury skincare.

Step 5: How to Use Your "Cashback"
You don’t get actual “cash” back to your bank — but you do get gift cards. And they’re really useful. Here are just a few I’ve personally used:
